Staying current
A listing nobody confirms is eventually flagged as uncertain after twelve months, and it inspires less confidence from then on. Your customers can confirm it with one click from your page: that is what keeps it alive, and there is nothing stopping you from asking them.
If you have stopped accepting cryptocurrency
The report button on your listing exists for exactly that. A wrong listing costs the business as much as the visitor: someone crosses town for nothing, and they remember it.
